Apple Crumble


  • 100g Flour
  • 25g Caster Sugar
  • 1 Baking Apple (normal apple will do)
  • 50g Butter/margarine


  1. Put your 100g of flour into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add your 50g of butter and rub the two ingredients together for a breadcrumb texture
  3. Cut your baking apple, peel it, cut into quarters and take out the core.
  4. Cut the quarters into thin slices and lay them neatly on the base of a baking tray.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes on 180°
  6. Leave to cool and enjoy.
