- 100g Flour
- 25g Caster Sugar
- 1 Baking Apple (normal apple will do)
- 50g Butter/margarine
- Put your 100g of flour into a mixing bowl.
- Add your 50g of butter and rub the two ingredients together for a breadcrumb texture
- Cut your baking apple, peel it, cut into quarters and take out the core.
- Cut the quarters into thin slices and lay them neatly on the base of a baking tray.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes on 180°
- Leave to cool and enjoy.
