Creamy Chicken and Mushroom Alfredo



  • 2 chicken thighs(skin removed and deboned)

  • 5 mushrooms

  • 1/4 onion

  • 50ml double cream

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 1/4 tsp chilli flakes

  • Tagliatelle x2 nets


  • Boil pasta in lightly salted water.

  • Dice onion,slice mushrooms into disks and gently fry.
  • Add all seasonings then cut the chicken into cubes and add into the pan.Fry until fully cooked approx.10 mins
  • Add double cream and reduce the heat to simmer for a few minutes.
  • Drain the pasta and mix into the sauce.

    Add parmesan cheese if desired and serve<
