- 6 Bars of chocolate
- 1 Cup of cream
- 3 Tablespoons of Caster Sugar
- 2 cups of water
- In a pan ,add some water and leave it to boil.
- Then put a glass bowl on the pan and put the chocolate bars in to melt, stir so they don't burn.
- Then take another bowl and pour the melted chocolate, cream and caster sugar and mix it well.
- Take a serving glass and pour the chocolate mousse into the glass.
- Put in fridge to chill for extra creaminess or enjoy as it is
