Chocolate Mousse


  • 6 Bars of chocolate
  • 1 Cup of cream
  • 3 Tablespoons of Caster Sugar
  • 2 cups of water


  1. In a pan ,add some water and leave it to boil.
  2. Then put a glass bowl on the pan and put the chocolate bars in to melt, stir so they don't burn.
  3. Then take another bowl and pour the melted chocolate, cream and caster sugar and mix it well.
  4. Take a serving glass and pour the chocolate mousse into the glass.
  5. Put in fridge to chill for extra creaminess or enjoy as it is
