Pancake Day Tips

πŸ₯ž πŸ₯ž πŸ₯ž It's almost one of my favourite days of the year again - Pancake day! You know what this means? An excuse to eat pancakes with every topping you can imagine and the chance to try out those recipes I have been saving up since last February. Without further ado, here are my 3 top tips to help you enjoy pancake day. πŸ₯žπŸ₯žπŸ₯ž


For those of you who are fruit fans, be sure to combine a classic such as lemon juice or strawberries with plenty of chocolate sauce. The two flavours really work well together and make something which bursts on the tongue. You might think this seems an obvious one but don't underrate it! It's the perfect way to start your day.

For your second round of pancakes, try something a bit more ambitious but perhaps along a similar vein. A simple way of doing this is by mixing in dried fruit or chocolate chips to your batter as you make them, or even a little of everything! Once completed, feel free to add all but the kitchen sink: Ice cream, sprinkles & a cherry on top.

To create a more savoury stack now that it's getting towards the afternoon and early evening, move away from the dessert and towards the brunch staples. And by bunch staples, I mean bacon, eggs, maybe even a stack of waffles and American pancakes if you're daring!

The whole point of pancakes is to have fun and to make something delicious with as many or as few ingredients as you please. So, what are you waiting for? It's time to put your imagination to use in the best way possible.
